A View of Leadership

Leaders need to keep a level head while dealing with the daily challenges of education. Having is positive outlook is helpful when dealing with the many, diverse characteristics of those who make up our school community.  Leaders need to be willing to help others repair mistakes and move forward with a fresh slate.  When unsure or in need of inspiration, a leader will utilize resources to build, invent, create and discover new solutions.  Leaders connect ideas and keep us together.  A strong leader needs a sense of wonder to continually inspire the school community.
